Released by LTM Publishing (LTMCD 2321), September, 2001.

Following the release of the Frozen Blood CD in 2000, the original master tape of the four-song Piccadilly Radio session, originally presumed to have been destroyed, was rediscovered. Although the version that appears on the Frozen Blood CD is a digitally enhanced reproduction of a high fidelity recording of the original FM radio broadcast, audiophiles and those with big speakers will no doubt embellish the superior frequency response and dynamic range of the original master tape. A new digital master has therefore been prepared and a limited number of CDR copies are being made available at as near to production cost as possible, in order to avoid allegations of marketing hype, simply entitled Piccadilly Radio 1980.

Initially 50 CDRs will be produced, in a jewel case but with no sleeve, and made available on a first come, first served basis. It is likely that any future re-pressing of Frozen Blood will be remastered using the superior transcript.
