A Crispy's website - I'm amazed. If any band deserved it, it's them. I moved to Canada from London three years ago. I'm now kicking myself that I missed the chance to see them live. Any ideas where I can order "Fin" from? Crispy Ambulance made one of the most criminally overlooked albums of all time. Thanks for the website.

I'm absolutely gutted I found out about the gig on November 7th. I could have cried. Please reconsider another one as, for such a great band, it would be a shame if dedicated fans such as myself were denied the opportunity to see you live.

Congratulations on a truly professional gig. Looking forward to the next one!

This site is really cool. Crispy Ambulance have always been very special to me. I wish I could find a copy of the Ram Ram Kino 12". Also, hope a recording from the recent gig will be released.

Congratulations on a great gig (5th Nov'99). See you at the next one! (Love from an old school chum.)

I travelled up from Reading for the gig on Friday and it was well worth it. Many thanks for a terrific performance. My girlfriend, a Crispy virgin, came with me and was overwhelmed, despite an indifferent response to the tapes I played in the car on the way up.

I would like to say "thank you" to Crispy Ambulance for a rare treat. The concert on 5th November proved that the Crispies - after 17 years - can still do a gig that is awesome. Brilliant, guys! Also, hi to James Nice and quite a few of the guys on James' mailing-list. Fun meeting you all!

The band would like to thank everyone for all their messages of support! Four hours to go before the big event! Let's make it a good one.

Hello, I'm a BIG Joy Division fan. I've heard from several sources that Alan Hempsall sang during some Joy Division gigs, because of Ian Curtis' illness. Is it correct? If yes, do you have recordings of that time? T H A N K S!

Hey there. I'm a big Crispy Ambulance fan who just discovered I'm going to be in London from the 3rd to the 8th, and I'm therefore wondering what the best/easiest/cheapest/quickest (not all the same thing, I know) way to get to Manchester and back might be.

I was thrilled today to get the remastered "Plateau Phase/Live on a Hot August Night/Sexus" CD. It's been one of my most favourite albums since I first heard it in 1982. I've been a fan since 1981. I have all of their vinyl releases through "Sexus", and they're my favourite Factory band.

Nice concert photographs against a stark black background. Is the late 1980's two-cassette release available? Also, I would like to see a complete discography and a list of bands that have covered CA songs. And lastly, how many copies were pressed of the first 7" single on Aural Assault records?

How about releasing the remaining hard-to-get stuff (Unsightly 10", the Ram Ram EP, etc) on CD? Wish I could be in Manchester Nov 5!!! Crispy RULES!!!!

We really wanna see you down here. I'm sure you could whip up some support for a show in the capital!

I've got my ticket for the Nov 5 gig and am looking forward to it. And John Frye is right: Somebody should professionally record the concert for release on CD.

I hope the band will consider producing a live album from the upcoming gig for those of us not fortunate enough to be in the UK for the event. Looking forward to the next LTM release of the radio sessions.

We are two guys who have the intention of going to Manchester to see the reunion gig. We've just got to see them live. We missed them the last time around.

Thanks a lot for the site! You´ve made my day. I´m a fan who goes back a long time, well since the release of "The Phase" anyway.
